WSOP-C Indiana Main Event Starts This Weekend
October 8, 2021
The second main event of the 2010-2011 World Series of Poker Circuit Season kicks off in Southern Indiana Sunday, a $1,600 ring event which will propel yet another handful of players towards the top of the newly established WSOP Circuit Leader Board.

Previous preliminary ring events at the Horseshoe Southern Indiana in the last week have already attracted as many as 570 players, and total prize pools in the hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Last year’s winner of this tournament, Gabriel Cook, earned a top prize of $92,430 to go with his gold Circuit ring, thanks to an event buy-in of $5,150 and 55 registered entrants.

This year’s more reasonable buy-in should attract substantially more players than that, and will have to, if it's to break last year’s records with a buy-in less than one-third as high.

The WSOP Circuit Southern Indiana main event begins Sunday, October 10th, at noon EDT.  For more information visit www.wsop.com.
