WPT Festa Al Lago Final Table Set
October 20, 2021
At the start of Day Five of the 2010 World Poker Tour Festa al Lago at the Bellagio, 13 players remained including quite a few PokerRoad fan favorites.  Not only was rappin’ Jeff Madsen still in the hunt, but so was Allen “Chainsaw” Kessler and Annette “Annette_15” Obrestad, all three of whom sat in the top five on the tournament leader board.

Which of those three would find themselves with a seat at the featured WPT final table by the end of the day was a matter for debate, but considering their chip counts, it was not inconceivable that all three could end up under the television lights today.

As it turns out, that didn’t happen, in fact by the end of Day Five not only had Obrestad busted out- despite leading the field at the start of the day- but so had Madsen, followed finally by Kessler, the Bellagio’s “seventhbok” of the tournament.

The elimination of those three clearly changed potential final table headlines, but there are still plenty of interesting stories involved with today’s actual final six.  Some of the players that will be closely watched as today’s final table kicks off include WPT Spanish Championship winner Randal Flowers, 2010 Legends of Poker champion Andy Frankenberger, and professional poker player Noah Schwartz, who is still waiting for his first major big buy-in tournament victory, despite already having over a million dollars in career tournament earnings.

The players and their chip counts at the start of the 2010 WPT Festa al Lago final table are as follows:

Randal Flowers- 3,215,000

Noah Schwartz- 3,135,000

Jason Koon- 2,555,000

Andy Frankenberger- 1,935,000

Michael Benvenuti- 1,390,000

Skip Wilson- 1,200,000
