Danish professional poker player, Theo Jorgensen, has apparently just been scooped up by PokerStars.com- the world’s largest online poker room- to represent the site as the newest member of their highly exclusive Team PokerStars Pro.

Jorgensen, both a World Poker Tour and World Series of Poker Europe champion with nearly $3 million in live tournament earnings, seems more than worthy of this most recent honor, and if anything should probably already have been grabbed, particularly given his impressive list of results that go back as far as 2004.

Especially respected in Scandinavian countries, Jorgensen will no doubt prove himself a valued asset to PokerStars as they continue to grow their brand around the globe and will in fact first be seen by many as a member of the team during the upcoming PokerStars Nordic Championship of Online Poker, when he hosts the opening event on November 4th.
