So its Friday night, and tomorrow you’ve got a bunch of friends coming over for a World Series of Poker November Nine Final Table Party.  There will be drinking, poker and all sorts of wagering as you keep up with poker’s most prestigious final table, through online updates, live streaming coverage, and a slew of new PokerRoad Radio shows. 

It should all make for a great time, but there’s one small problem, you’re woefully ill prepared.  Damn it, you never did get around to watching the rest of those DVRed 2010 WSOP episodes did you, and now you don’t know your Cheongs from Cuongs, your Dolans from Duhamels, and are there really 3 Johns, a Joseph and a Jason?  How the hell are you suppose to keep it all straight, and still sound like the poker expert all your friends think you are?

Event Details:

The 2010 WSOP Main Event final table, with the last 9 players of a starting 7,319, will begin Saturday, November 6th, at noon Vegas Time.  The Main Event, paused in July during Level 36, will continue with 50,000 antes, and blinds at 250,000/500,000, for roughly another hour and 15 minutes.

The last nine will play down to the final two, and then will pause again till Monday the 8th, at 8 p.m., when those two will compete for poker’s ultimate bracelet and top prize worth $8,944,138


Ways To Enjoy It:

In Vegas:  Watch live at the Penn & Teller theater.  Seating is free and available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

On TV:  The rushed final table episodes- with hole cam coverage and analysis- will air on ESPN, Tuesday, November 9th, at 10 p.m. ET.

Online:  ESPN 3 will be streaming the final table starting at 3:30 p.m. ET.  Online updates and chip counts will also be available from PokerNews.com, on Twitter- if following @WSOP, @ESPN_Poker, etc.- and at all the other usual poker news outlets.

Here on PokerRoad:  Along with news recaps, following tweets from PokerRoad Pros live in Vegas, and sweating it with friends in our Live Tournaments forum, there will also be special PokerRoad Radio episodes starting today (10/5), and running all the way to Tuesday.  Best to keep PokerRoad in an open window on your computer all weekend, just to be safe.
