Professional poker player and reality TV star Maria Ho, according to a recent press release, has been snatched up by popular online poker site UB.com, to become their newest high profile sponsored pro.

Ho, basically a no-brainer choice for UB, should prove herself invaluable for the company, not only by having one of the most recognizable (and beautiful) faces in poker, thanks to recent appearances on American Idol, Anderson Cooper 360, and CBS’ Amazing Race, but also purely through her poker chops, with over $400,000 in live lifetime earnings including two very recent top ten cashes in the World Poker Tour Bellagio Cup VI, and the World Series of Poker Circuit, Emerald Casino main event- less than two weeks ago.

UB, it would seem should also make for a comfortable choice for Maria, with Amazing Race partner Tiffany Michelle, and good friend and fellow PokerRoader Joe Sebok already on the team, and ready to show her the ropes if need be.  Other top UB pros Maria will be joining include Phil Hellmuth, Bryan “Devo” Devonshire, Anthrax’ Scott Ian, Eric “basebaldy” Baldwin and fellow poker and reality TV star Annie Duke.
