WSOP Circuit Harvey's Lake Tahoe Main Event: The Numbers

The World Series of Poker Circuit Harvey’s Lake Tahoe main event, began over the weekend in Stateline, Nevada, with 246 registered entrants.

That number of players, which included such well known pros as Jason Dewitt, Aaron Kanter and “Captain” Tom Franklin, were enough to create a total prize pool of $354,240. 

The more than third of a million dollar prize pool is scheduled to payout the top 27 players, and award the champion with not only a WSOP Circuit ring, and free entry into the end of season WSOP circuit National Championship, but also a top prize worth $86,789.

195 players have already been eliminated after the first day of play in Lake Tahoe, including all of the above listed pros, leaving only 51 players to play down to the money on Day 2.
