Binion's Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada will now be the proud home to the Women in Poker Hall of Fame. The Women in Poker Hall of Fame was founded by the Ladies International Poker Series (LIPS) in order to honor female legends of the game.

To qualify for the Women in Poker Hall of Fame candidates must be proponents of women's poker, must have contributed to the world of poker in some significant way as either a player or as an industry leader, and they must have done so for at least 15 years.

On February 2nd, 2008, the first 4 members will be inducted into the hall during a luncheon ceremony hosted by Mike Sexton, with special guest speaker Jan Fisher. The well-deserving inductees are Barbara Enright, Susie Isaacs, Linda Johnson and Marsha Waggoner.
