Rumor Central: FS+G May Have Found Home On CBS
February 23, 2022
Variety.com yesterday, in an admittedly somewhat gossipy piece, claimed Federated Sports and Gaming- the new professional poker league created by industry experts Annie Duke and Jeffrey Pollack- may soon have a place on the television dial.

Naming only “sources,” the article suggested that executives at CBS, home of such popular shows as 60 Minutes, How I Met Your Mother and the CSI franchise, has begun talks with FS+G to broadcast its first season, though it also admitted that CBS would not confirm this report.

FS+G, though yet to release the names of the 200 professional players that will be invited to hold cards in this new league, has announced the dates of the four main events and the end of season championship, with the first starting this August.  FS+G organizers had stated these events would be televised, but until now where exactly they could be seen was anyone's guess.
