Yesterday, two more Full Tilt Online Poker Series Events got underway and once again both events surpassed their guarantees. Event #2, the $240+ 60 buy-in Pot Limit Omaha Knockout event, had a posted guarantee of $200,000. The 1,070 entrants however, made the actual prize pool $214,000, by all accounts a pretty good showing for a non hold 'em event. The winner of the event, "whothedonk," took home $48,150, thus earning almost two hundred times his buy-in, in less than 8 hours work.

The third event was a $500+ 35 buy-in No Limit Hold 'em 3 x Shootout tournament, with a posted guarantee of $300,000. This new event for the FTOPS attracted 739 players and created a prize pool of $364,500. This meant the winner of the event, "BOP B 3AKOHE" was assured a first place prize of $76,545.

The FTOPS still have a long way to go, but with every event thus far exceeding expectations, it looks as if FullTilt Poker has once again put on one heck of a series.
