PartyGaming has announced they've acquired a new Chief Executive Officer. Jim Ryan, the previous CEO of St. Minver Limited, has been tapped to take over the position soon to be vacated by current CEO, Mitch Garber. Garber will remain available until July 31st to help ease along Ryan's transition, which soon officially begins.

Jim Ryan is not the only one with a new position in the company that brings us PartyPoker.com. John O'Malia, formerly PartyGaming's Chief Games Officer, has been promoted to the new executive board position of Managing Director. It is believed by PartyGaming's Board, that together O'Malia and Ryan will be a "powerful combination," able to move PartyGaming forward and "enhance the value and appeal" of it's many products and services.
