David Singer Takes Down the Full Tilt Heads-Up Championship
May 27, 2022
In honor of FullTilt poker pro Chris "Jesus" Ferguson winning the NBC National Heads-Up Poker Championship, FullTilt Poker recently decided to run a Heads-up Championship themselves. This $25,000 event, attracted a field of 64 players and created a prize pool of more than one and a half million dollars, making it by far the biggest heads-up tournament prize pool ever created online.

The final heads-up match of the event featured David Singer taking on Emil "whitelime" Patel, a match that ended with Singer taking the victory and the $560,000 first place prize ($60,000 more than Ferguson won for his NBC NHUPC win). Patel's runner-up finish earned him $320,000.
