Last Year at the Crown Casino, Gus "The Great Dane" Hansen won the main event of the Aussie Millions and the 1.5 million dollars that went with it. This year Gus chose this same venue to introduce his new poker educational website, ThePlayr.com.

At ThePlayr.com, Gus plans to build a truly international community of poker players, dedicated to learning poker the only way he thinks it should be played - aggressively. ThePlayrs (members of the site) will have access to Gus through a section of the site titled "Ask Gus" as well as through the "Poker Academy," Gus's very own poker school. ThePlayr.com also plans to have a forum, blogs, educational tools of all kinds, and even its very own poker league.
