The Kahnawake Gaming Commission (KGC) recently released an official statement on the Absolute Poker/Ultimate Bet cheating scandals (KGC is the regulatory body which oversees many online poker sites). In the statement, KGC refutes allegations that they were "doing nothing" about the online scandals by detailing their continuing investigations into Ultimate Bet while reiterating some of their previous decisions regarding Absolute Poker. The statement notes that numerous new finding have been made, but saves those finding for a future statement, which will detail which steps KGC plans to take against Ultimate Bet as a result.
