A seat became available in the Borgata poker room last Tuesday, when employees at the Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa asked a player to leave due to his unpleasant odor. According to an AP story, the stinky player (also known as Michael Wax) admits that he had gotten a little ripe after 17 hours of play, but still felt he should not have been forced to leave in such an embarrassing manner. He asked, and was denied, for a complimentary room in which to freshen up.

Mr. Wax, a Brooklyn area limo company owner, feels the treatment he received at the Borgata was uncalled for and believes the company owes him an apology. Wax has filed an official complaint with the Casino Control Commission, which at this time is still under review.
