The big three poker tournaments on Sunday, the PokerStars Sunday Million, the FullTilt Super Sunday $500K, and the PartyPoker $300,000 Guaranteed each easily eclipsed their guarantees on Sunday despite one of the most exciting Super Bowl games in years.

PokerStars drew 6,266 entrants to create a prize pool of $1,253,200. Full Tilt Poker, despite adjusting their weekly guarantee in expectation of lower numbers, still drew in 3,048 players to compete for the $109,148.88 first prize. Even PartyPoker was easily able to cover it's Gauranteed Sunday tournament, with 1,658 players buying in for a chance to win a portion of the $331,600.00 prize pool.
