The PokerStars.net European Poker Tour's "high roller event" has reached the final table, and sitting at it are some of the best players in the game.

This ?20,000 buy-in event attracted the cream of the poker crop, and the final table bears witness to the kind of difficult field that was involved. Entering the final table as the chip leader is Peter Jetten (347,000), followed by recent WSOPE Main Event winner John Juanda (302,000), then Isaac Haxton (293,000), Jason Mercier (204,000), David Benyamine (175,000), Masaaki Kagawa (142,000), Michael Watson (104,000), Isabelle Mercier (86,000) and 2008 WSOP H.O.R.S.E champion Scotty Nguyen (68,000).

The winner of the ?1 Million Showdown will earn more than the posted ?516,000 first prize, he (or she in Isabelle's case) will also earn the respect that comes with outlasting 86 of the absolute top pokers players in the world.
