Bodog Poker Open II Main Event
October 7, 2021
Bodog capped off their second Bodog Poker Open series with a $500 buy-in ($470 + $30) main event tournament featuring a guaranteed prize pool of $300,000. Bodog is known for tournaments which often have juicy overlays and this main event turned out to be no different. Only 477 players signed up to play in the Bodog Poker Open II main event, which meant Bodog had to kick in over $75,000 to meet the posted guarantee. It was basically free money for those that took advantage.

One of the players that got a piece of that action was Bodog pro and PokerRoad podcaster Justin Bonomo, who finished 9th for $5,100. The winner of the event was online player "zubs1aa" who earned $75,000 for the win.
