The ESPN hype machine will enter a new stage tonight, as it brings you the highly anticipated World Series of Poker Main Event Final Table Preview Show (check local listings).

The preview show, which has been part of the plan since the Main Event postponement was first announced, is meant to not only increase excitement for the "nearly live" final table, but also to catch viewers up on the final nine players in case they've yet to get through all their ESPN Tivo recordings.

The final nine competitors for the 2008 WSOP Main Event final table are Dennis Phillips (26,295,000), Ivan Demidov (24,400,000), Scott Montgomery (19,690,000), Peter Eastgate (18,375,000), Ylon Schwartz (12,525,000), Darus Suharto (12,520,000), David "Chino" Rheem (10,230,000), Craig Marquis (10,210,000) and Kelly Kim (2,620,000).
