Tokwiro Enterprises, the company behind Ultimate Bet and Absolute Poker, has reportedly reached a deal with previous owner Excapsa Software to the tune of $15 million. The settlement agreement, made in the Ontario Supreme Court, is meant to reimburse Tokwiro for the millions they've had to return to players due to the cheating scandals that took place during Excapsa's watch.

Tokwiro has announced all the settlement money will be used to continue to reimburse players that were effected by the cheating scandals, which means when added to monies already returned, more than $21 million dollars will be given back to players as a result of this incident.
