22-year-old World Series of Poker Main Event champion Peter Eastgate has just joined forces with Poker Royalty, the poker agency behind some of the biggest names in the poker world.

The soft spoken Eastgate will use Poker Royalty to help him with his new found poker celebrity and hopefully enable him to parlay his recent success into a long term poker career. In a statement on the Poker Royalty site (pokerroyalty.com), Eastgate had this to say about his reasons for joining the agency:

"I believe the team at Poker Royalty is best suited to help me navigate through the duties and opportunities that arise as the reigning World Series of Poker Champion. They represent the biggest names in poker and I'm honored to have them working on my behalf."

Along with the new world champion, Poker Royalty also boasts perhaps the most impressive client list in all of poker, which includes (among others) Daniel Negreanu, Gus Hansen, Greg Raymer, Jeff Madsen, Erick Lindgren, David Pham, Patrik Antonius, Phil Hellmuth and PokerRoad's Gavin Smith.
