Pre-bubble Poker In Prague; EPT Day 2
December 11, 2021

Today was bubble day at the European Poker Tour Prague Main Event, as 177 players slowly played down to the money.  The money in this case, began after bust out number 57, meaning 120 players ended the day with light pockets and heavy hearts.

There were still numerous notable players to be found when Day 2 began including Johnny Lodden, Juha Helppi, Noah Boeken and Dario Minieri, with Minieri without a doubt generating the most attention.

The Harry Potter-esque Minieri, spent the day employing his now infamously wild, loose and aggressive style, dominating his opponents with his no fear approach.  Unfortunately, despite getting it in good with pocket queens, Minieri was busted in 47th place by an opponent with a dominated Ace-Queen.

Other players to bust on Day 2 include Lodden, Helppi, Boeken, Soren Konsgaard, Ian Nelson and Peter Petterson.

Day 2 ended with only 32 players, each dangerously close to a first prize worth over a $1,000,000.  For more on Day 2 or to catch all the Day 3 action visit www.pokerstarsblog.com for highlights, chip counts and videos.
