PCA Day 2
January 8, 2022

Day 2 of the PokerStars Caribbean Adventure Main Event saw the bursting of the money bubble and the elimination of another 296 hopeful players, all aiming at a staggering first prize worth $3,000,000.

Included in those players unfortunate enough not to survive the pivotal day were Adam Junglen, Alex Kostritsyn, Jon Friedberg, Eric “Rizen” Lynch, Jonathan Little, Evelyn Ng, Tom McEvoy, Jon “ApeStyles” Van Fleet, Alexander Kravchenko, Shane “Shaniac” Schleger and PokerRoad’s Papabear Barry Greenstein.

Yet it wasn’t all bad news in the Bahamas on Wednesday, many great players were still alive and kicking by the end of the tough, eventful day, including the most “gangster” (arguably) of the PokerRoad crew, rappin’ Jeff Madsen.

Joining Madsen for Day 3 will be Eric Liu, Hafiz Khan, Kris Kuykendall, Kathy Liebert, Grant Hinkle, Cliff Josephy, Max Pescatori, Tom Franklin and two members of this year’s “November Nine” Ylon Schwartz and WSOP Main Event Champion Peter Eastgate.

The 1,347 person starting field of this year’s PCA is quickly reducing down to an evil concentrate of pure poker toughness.  To follow all the Day 3 action check out PokerRoad’s live streaming EPT coverage or visit, for chip counts, photos and an engaging look at all the tournament happenings.
