Aussie Millions Day 1C: The Numbers Are In
January 20, 2022
With all three day ones of the Aussie Millions Main Event now in the books, the players who entered this $10,000 + $500 AUD buy-in tournament finally know exactly what they are fighting for.

Adding the 288 players who registered for Day 1c, with the 393 players who competed in the two previous day-ones, and we get 681 players creating a total prize pool worth $6,810,000. Thanks to such a large total prize pool, the first prize for the event will be a spectacular $2,000,000 AUD and the will pay the top 64 places.

Players who competed on Day 1c included such stars as Gus Hansen, Chino Rheem, J.C. Tran, Phil Laak, John Juanda, Tom "durrrr" Dwan, Scotty Nguyen, Nam Le, Clonie Gowen, and WSOP Main Event champion (and hero to Australian poker players everywhere) Joe Hachem. Of those, the players that survived the day were Hachem, Gowen, Laak, and fellow WSOP champion Scotty Nguyen.
