January 23, 2022
The most recent leg of the PokerStars Latin American Poker Tour just wrapped up in Vina del Mar, Chile yesterday, and this one (thankfully) went off without a hitch.

216 people signed up to play in the $2,500 buy-in main event, creating a total prize pool of $523,800 and a first prize worth $141,426. That top prize, for the first time since the conception of the Latin American Poker Tour, was taken down by an actual Latin player, a Mr. Fabian Ortiz from Argentina.

The final table finish positions for the PokerStars LAPT Vina del Mar were as follows:

1st. Fabian Ortiz- $141,426
2nd. Vincenzo Giannelli- $78,570
3rd. Damian Salas- $52,380
4th. Leandro Balotin- $39,285
5th. Hernan Villa- $28,809
6th. Fabio Escobar- $23,571
7th. Jyries Saba- $18,330
