Jennifer Harman Holds Tournament For National Kidney Foundation

Jennifer Harman, Full Tilt pro and regular member of the the “Big Game” at the Bellagio, is headed back to her hometown in Reno, Nevada this March to host a Charity Poker Tournament and Vendor Faire meant to raise money for the National Kidney Foundation (NKF) - a voluntary health organization dedicated to preventing kidney disease while simultaneously helping those already afflicted. 

The Jennifer Harman Charity Poker Tournament and Vendor Faire is part of a two-day fund raising event for the NKF, which will be held at the Grand Sierra Resort and Casino and also includes a sports and poker memorabilia silent auction, a “Throw Down” team party at Pearl Nightclub, and a celebrity red carpet walk, sponsored by  

The Charity Poker Tournament is a $200 + $30 buy-in no-limit hold ‘em tournament with $50 rebuys during the first three 20-minute levels.  The tournament is set to begin at noon on March 11th, and is open to the public (although seating is limited).  The winner of the event will receive a $5,000 entry into the World Poker Challenge Championship.   

Players already expected to attend the Jennifer Harman Charity Poker Tournament and Vendor Faire include Howard Lederer, Tiffany Michelle, Maria Ho, Todd Brunson, Brad Booth, Linda Johnson, Marco Traniello, famed snowboarder Jeff Brushie, Doug Lee of the Sacramento Kings and Olympic gold medalist Ross Powers.
