LAPC Heads-Up Begins

The second major $10,000 buy-in Championship event of the Commerce Casino's L.A. Poker Classic has begun, this time with 110 world-class entrants- according to live reports provided by CardPlayer.com.  As this is a heads-up event, 18 of those players were given first round byes, determined by random draw. 


Players who entered this double elimination event include David Pham, J.C. Tran, Greg Mueller, David Benyamine, Eli Elara, Erick Lindgren, Phil Hellmuth and numerous players from the PokerRoad family like Amit Makhija, Steve Sung, Gavin Smith and Barry Greenstein.


Players already knocked out of the event include Chris Ferguson, Layne Flack, Clonie Gowen, Sorel Mizzi and Kenny Tran.
