Duane Demaris Crittenden II has been charged with 3 counts of first degree murder after allegedly returning to a poker game where he felt he may have been cheated and then opening fire. The three men killed in the incident were Jerome Anthony Henry, Richard David Smith, and Robert Erwin Ford. The Putnam County Sheriff's office also believes Crittenden helped himself to the money from the game - an amount estimated to be somewhere between $2,000 and $9,000 - after fatally shooting the three men.
